The Macleay Valley Mustangs will play in the group 3 rugby league competition in 2014, after being voted in at the group’s Annual General Meeting.
The Mustangs, who took out the group 2 competition in 2012, left this year’s competition after a brawl broke out at a game in Coffs Harbour in July.
They will be the most northern team in group 3, which is made up of sides from the Hastings and Manning Valley.
The club will select its coaching staff at a meeting tomorrow night.
