The Australian Bushmen’s Campdraft and Rodeo Association’s National Finals begin in Tamworth tomorrow.
The juniors begin proceedings tomorrow night, with two days of action.
More experienced competitors take over on Thursday, with over $100,000 in prize money up for grabs.
“We get about 10,000 people here, which is really good. That’s for the seniors, plus the juniors pick up about 3,000 people.”
Local Blake Hallam will be looking to secure the all round cowboy title, currently holding a 13-point lead over his nearest rival.
