It’s been in the works for over six years, but from Saturday, blocks at Lake Cathie’s Ocean Club Resort will be on the market.
Once completed, the over 50’s resort will cost in excess of $100 million, and is comprised of 260 residential lots across 22 hectares.
“Really what we’re targeting here is people who aren’t quite ready to move into the retirement village per say, so it’s a young, vibrant active community.”
The project is expected to boost the economy, and has already created close to 80 jobs.
