A 42-year-old Coffs Harbour man has been charged with dangerous driving causing death, after a body was found on a remote property north of Grafton.
Police found the body of a man in his 30s on Collum Collum Station, near Baryulgil (BAR-YOU-GIL) yesterday.
It’s alleged the pair left the Collum Collum Station in a car in the early hours of the morning, before an altercation erupted.
“There was head and torso injuries as well as injuries to his legs and lower body.”
The accused will reappear in Grafton Local Court on Monday.
