Merewether surfer Philippa Anderson has taken another step towards the world tour, winning the International Women’s Cup in the Philippines.
Going up against a local competitor in the final at a break known as Cloud Nine, Anderson took an early lead with scores of five and six.
The 23-year-old later added a seven point ride to claim the title.
