One man is dead and another seriously injured after the car they were travelling in slammed into a tree on Kopps Road at Oxenford last night.
The 25-year-old male passenger died at the scene, while the male driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Investigators are now looking into whether speed was a contributing factor.
