The North Coast Public Health Unit is pleading with the community to be vaccinated against measles, with the fourth case in just two weeks diagnosed in Byron Bay.
The latest person to contract the disease is a Byron Bay High School student, who health authorities say was attending school while contagious.
The health unit will run an immunisation clinic for students of Byron Bay High on Monday.
