Police are searching for a man who held-up the Caltex service station at Forresters Beach yesterday, armed with a blood-filled syringe.
The bandit – aged in his 20s – threatened a female worker, before fleeing with cash.
Meanwhile, at around nine last night, a man brandishing a knife stole money from a petrol station on Cape Three Points Road at Avoca Beach.
Police don’t believe the robberies are linked.
