More than 100 riders rolled up for today’s third but very different Pedal The Peel event in Tamworth.
For the first time, there were four course options, with 15, 35, 55 and 110 kilometre rides available.
Most came wearing the lycra, while others braved the cool breeze in footy shorts.
Pedal The Peel raises money for local charities, and continues to grow each year.
Race organisers hope the 2013 edition will generate $20,000.
