Tamworth’s Country Music Festival will be looking to defend it’s title as the State’s best major festival.
It was unveiled as a finalist for the State Tourism awards, alongside two other local competitors.
The Dag Sheep Station is seeking to win the Tourism restaurant and catering services awards and Nundle’s Woollen Mill contesting the heritage and cultural tourism category.
If successful the attractions will be eligible to contest the national tourism awards in February next year.
