The man who sparked an intense siege in Banora Point yesterday afternoon, didn’t apply for bail in Tweed Heads Court today.
33-year-old Maximillian Mazzilli was arrested after a two hour stand-off with police.
He’s been charged with an outstanding warrant for revocation of parole, stalking, malicious damage and common assault.
He’ll face a Sydney court next month.
