Police claim a mature-aged student, studying to be a youth worker, was almost three times the legal alcohol limit, when he was involved in two road rage attacks overnight.
Daniel Mylan is accused of tailgating a woman on a scooter at Nobby Beach, then punching her in the face when she stopped to let him pass.
“A short time later the same male was involved in a road rage incident where he was stopped at a set of lights next to another vehicle got out of the vehicle with a crowbar and smashed the back windscreen.”
Police intercepted his car nearby, with a dog onboard.
Mylan received bail, but has been ordered not to drive.
