LANDMARKS TURN INTO TRAINING GROUNDS FOR RESERVISTS

Some of Newcastle’s iconic landmarks were today transformed into a training ground for our army reservists.
Soldiers invaded Fort Scratchley, Hunter Stadium and public transport, all in a bid to keep the community out of harms way.
So pleased to see my husbands old unit still active in protecting the community.
The Australian Army is used in a lot of community work during crises, such as bushfires, floods etc. They are so well trained and are a credit to our country
