Hunter golfer Andrew Dodt will head into this week’s Northern Territory PGA Championship as favourite, after claiming the Asian Tour’s $300,000 Sarawak Championship in Malaysia.
Playing his first event in two months because of a back injury, Dodt was forced into a playoff after the final round, when Canada’s Richard Lee eagled the last.
The Australian produced a birdie to claim the trophy.
