Byron’s chemical free Landcare group is at loggerheads with the National Parks and Wildlife Service over its plans to spray the Tyagarah nature reserve for Bitou Bush.
The group wants to be given access to manually remove the weed, but negotiations with the parks authority are at a stalemate.
