Meanwhile, Clive Palmer has pledged an extra $500 million dollars a year, for the next three years to Gold Coast hospital, if he’s elected.
Mr Palmer says the funding would be on top of the $950-million currently allocated.
The money would be used to increase bed numbers.
He says the facilities need to be upgraded to cater for tourists, as well as locals.
