A team of bowlers from Goodooga, west of Moree, has been crowned state champions, after taking out the New South Wales Grade Five Pennants at Taree.
The club claimed a 30-point victory in yesterday’s final against Soldier’s Point.
16 teams from across the state contested the event at the Taree Leagues and Railroad Bowling club.
