The New South Wales Bowls Pennant Final, got underway in Taree this morning.
Maclean and North Haven are flying the flag for the mid north coast.
16 clubs are vying to become state champions.
“This is a grade 5 so the competition is very very strong in the grade 5. There’s a lot of clubs throughout New South Wales that participate.”
The semi finals will be held tomorrow afternoon, followed by the finals on Monday.
