MASON REQUIRES SURGERY AFTER ROOSTERS CLASH

The grading of Sonny Bill’s careless high tackle has the Knights scratching their heads.

Knights medical staff say Willie Mason has a three piece fracture of his cheekbone, which will require surgery.

The forward also showed delayed concussive symptoms today.

In a further blow, Mason has a grade two calf tear – that and the cheekbone will sideline him for around four weeks.
