An 18 year old Lismore man has been issued with a court attendance notice for allegedly using a 4 WD to cause more than $12 000 worth of damage to the Lismore Thistles Soccer Fields early last month.
The club’s main playing field was ripped up and its goal posts suffered extensive damage during the alleged incident.
Police have charged the man with malicious damage, and are expecting to charge a second man over the offence.
