A Broadmeadow shop owner has been charged and fined more than $3000 for supplying spray paint to juveniles.
This morning police issued the owner of the store with several infringements, all relating to the supply of spray paint to youths.
It is alleged the spray paint purchased was used in graffiti vandalism throughout Newcastle.
