Moves that will see more people living and staying in Maitland’s CBD have been given the green light by councillors.
10 serviced apartments and nine townhouses were approved for the city centre.
The apartments will be added to the Quest accomodation on Ken Tubman Drive.
While the two-bedroom townhouses will be built on the corner of High and Little Maitland streets.
