Newcastle’s motor registry will soon be a thing of the past.
A new centre, called Service New South Wales, will open in October, which will see several state services, such as Roads and Maritime and Fair Trading, operating under one roof.
Service New South Wales will operate six days a week.
There are no plans to change the Hunter’s other motor registries at this stage.
