TAGGART ON TARGET AS YOUNG SOCCEROOS TAKE FIVE

The Young Socceroos have completed their Australia-based preparations for the upcoming under-20 World Cup in Turkey, hammering New Zealand five-nil in Wollongong last night.
The Jets’ Adam Taggart was the star for the home side, scoring a spectacular hat-trick.
Newcastle’s squad members Connor Chapman, Josh Brillante, Andrew Hoole and Taggart started the game, but they aren’t getting carried away with the result.
