Two Coffs Harbour chefs have made it through to the finals of the New South Wales “Chef’s Table” competition.
Peter Nash and Kien Nguyen from C.EX comprise one of fifteen teams from licenced clubs throughout the state vying for the best chefs title.
For the finals at the Coffs Harbour RSL tomorrow night, the pair will be cooking up some culinary delights for a group of 24 diners and judges.
“Big challenge, we just do everything fresh, nice and make local product,hopefully we can impress the guests and the judges,”
Kien Nguyen said.
The winners will be announced at an awards dinner in Sydney next month.
