Safe Staffing Level reforms to role out across NSW regional emergency departments

It’s been a long time coming for lobbyists… the state government rolling out its Safe Staffing Level reforms to a number of hospital emergency departments.

The initiative involves rostering minimum staffing levels on each shift, to improve safety and retain staff.
