A 62-year-old man has died after his car collided with a bus at Nerang early this morning.
The impact – at the intersection of McLaren and Nerang-Beaudesert roads – pushed the man’s car onto the median strip and into a pole.
He was trapped in the wreck for a short while, and died later in hospital from his injuries.
