A truck, which ran off the road in the early hours of Monday morning has been safely removed from scrubland at Boambee.
It took salvage crews all day to retrieve the cab, with northbound lanes of the Pacific Highway closed until late Wednesday afternoon.
The driver of the truck was lucky to escape with relatively minor injuries.
