14 year old Gabby O’Gorman has caused an upset, winning the Tamworth Easter Open tennis women’s singles.
O’Gorman was a set down against number one seed Chloe Costelloe in her semi-final yesterday morning.
But not only did the Gunnedah ace fight back to win the semi, she repeated the same feat in the final to take the title for the first time.
O’Gorman lost the first set to number two seed Rhiannon Marlin, but she started her comeback in the second to win 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.
