Meanwhile the Finks bikie gang is set to have another day in court to decide if it will be declared a criminal organisation.
This morning the Supreme Court said there will be a seven-week hearing later this year, where police will argue why the Gold Coast chapter of the Finks should be classed as a criminal organisation.
The decision comes a day after the High Court upheld the Queensland Government’s Criminal Organisation Act, which the outlaw motorcycle gang challenged.
