A man developing a health care website has won the Coffs Harbour Digital Innovation Challenge.
James Hay was one of six finalists in a council competition to give a ‘live’ pitch about their business ideas in front of an audience of invited guests at the C.E.X Club.
He said his win had convinced him to push ahead with his ‘My Therapist’ website.
“Today has really shown that yeah, we’ve really got something that can provide something for people in terms of helping people find the health care and therapists that they need,” he said.
Mr Hay received $5,000 for his efforts and a mentoring support program.
