It looks like the best haloumi outside of Cyprus is found right here on the Central Coast.
Little Creek Cheese has been awarded a gold medal for their BBQ Haloumi cheese at the Sydney Royal cheese and wine show.
The small family owned cheese factory beat a number of other large companies from across Australia.
The owners now hope this will help them break into the Sydney market.

The vision doesn’t have any audio as it was a ‘voice over’ piece that is read by the news readers not a package that is voiced by the journalist. The text that accompanies the vision online is what the newsreader read live to air.
