Police are investigating the death of a young boy who was discovered yesterday afternoon with a cord from a blind wrapped around his neck.
The 19-month-old boy was found in his cot in a Port Stephens home at around 2:30 yesterday afternoon and was flown to hospital in a critical condition.
He later died in hospital, police are preparing a report for the coroner.
