BOMB SQUAD CALLED TO INVESTIGATE STASH OF FIREWORKS

The bomb squad has been called in to investigate a large stash of fireworks discovered on a property at Berry Park west of Newcastle.

Raymond Terrace Road and Duckenfield Road have been closed as a precaution.
