A McCarthy Catholic College Year 12 student has been awarded for her talents on the touch football field.
Tamworth’s Brittany Coe received a New South Wales Combined Catholic College Blue award – after being selected in the New South Wales catholic schools touch football team for five consecutive years.
“I was so excited when I got the letter, I just ran up to mum and I was like ‘mum look, look!'” I was so excited, because I didn’t even know I was in the running for it.” – Brittany Coe
Coe says she’ll now need to juggle her passion for the sport and her studies – as she works towards finishing her final year of school.
