Stuarts Point, Sawtell and Lismore are among the strongest clubs competing in this weekend’s Northern Regional Athletics Championships at Taree.
800 juniors from 31 clubs will compete in a range of track and field events, with the top two from each race qualifying for the New South Wales Championships in Homebush next month.
The event gets underway from 8am Saturday.
