Another gong could be on the horizon for Mulloway fish farmer Andrew Caroll, who’s been nominated for “Citizen of the Year” in the Clarence Valley.
Caroll began his sustainable fish farm in 2008, and despite competition from cheap imports – it’s going from strength to strength.
