Police are reminding parents to be vigilant, after a 5-year-old girl fell from the first-storey window of a unit in Forster.
The girl was playing on Monday evening, when she fell through the window screen onto a concrete slab six metres below.
She fractured her skull and ribs, and also suffered from some bleeding on the brain.
She’s believed to be in a stable condition.
