Accused murderer Anthony Bagley will face trial in the Supreme Court next year after a Magistrate ruled he has a case to answer.
Bagley is charged with killing Colin Lutherburrow on July 20 last year.
His body was found on Hooker Boulevard with a single bulletwound to the side.
Also committed to stand trial today, Shane Skondin, charged with the manslaughter of Robert Newnham, who police say died from one punch to the face.
