A woman has been rushed to Coffs Harbour Hospital in a critical condition following a house and shed fire at Nana Glen, north west of Coffs Harbour.
Emergency services were called to the property on Orara Way at around 3.30 this afternoon and found the buildings well alight.
Paramedics also treated a man suffering smoke inhalation.
Police have established a crime scene and a Hazmat Unit was called to deal with drums of toxic chemicals.
