Peel Street was filled with music and christmas cheer last night, with Santa taking time out of his busy schedule to visit Tamworth.

Before getting to work – handing out gifts and hearing present requests from a long line of local children.
The celebration culminated with the guest of honour officially lighting Tamworth’s Christmas tree.
