Police are appealing for information after a 64-year-old taxi driver was confronted with a syringe in Narrabri on Saturday morning.
Just after 3am, when stopped at the intersection of Fitzroy and Thurlagoona Streets, a male passenger threatened the driver and demanded money.
He fled empty handed and on foot in the direction of Thurlagoona Avenue.
