Police claim to have uncovered a stash of drugs inside a car, which was stopped for a random check on the New England Highway near Wallabadah.
A 19-year-old man was arrested and later charged with possessing cannabis, ecstasy and speed.
He will appear in Tamworth Local Court on December 17.
