With domestic violence and assaults in the Hunter on the rise, several high profile Novocastrians gathered for breakfast this morning to spread the White Ribbon day message.
Guest speaker and victim of domestic violence Deanne Slee, told the large crowd how vital it is for women to speak up against abuse.
