The man charged with the murder of Broadwater man Edward Kelly, has had his case adjourned while further evidence is gathered from interstate and overseas.
Jonathan Stenberg did not appear by video link at the Lismore Local court today and no application for bail was lodged.
Edward Kelly was discovered decapitated in his home in June this year.
The accused is due to appear by video link at the Lismore Local Court in February.
