Police have charged a 39-year-old man over the alleged indecent assault of two young girls at Ballina Department stores this week.
It’s alleged the man indecently assaulted a 6-year-old girl in a toy department on Wednesday afternoon and attacked a 13-year-old at a different store on Wednesday.
The man was granted conditional bail at the Ballina Local Court today.
He will re-appear at Lismore Local Court on the 4th of December.
