The battle against a police bid to have the Finks Gold Coast Chapter declared a criminal organisation is heading to the High Court.
Lawyers for the Finks Outlaw Motorcycle gang will argue the Criminal Organisation’s Control Bill and its amendments are unconstitutional.
The application is heard on Friday.
