The makeup of Coffs Harbour City Council isn’t expected to be finalised until early next week.
The Mayoral race came down to preferences – with Denise Knight today officially sworn in to the top job, after emerging almost a thousand votes ahead of John Arkan.
Former Mayor Keith Rhoades, Mr Arkan and Garry Innes have already secured their spot on council, however the remaining four councillors aren’t expected to be announced until at least Tuesday.
