More than half a million dollars worth of drugs was allegedly seized during a police raid on a Nimbin home yesterday.
Officers say they found $650,000 worth of cocaine, LSD tablets, and methamphetamines, as well as 46 mature cannabis plants growing hydroponically throughout the Cullen Street house.
Over $3000 in cash was also seized.
” It’s important that we get the drugs off the street, they’re dangerous and we certainly don’t want our young people using those types of drugs ”
A 53 year old man was refused bail and will re-appear in Lismore Local Court next month on numerous drug charges.
