INSPECTION OF WARKWORTH MINE; A DAY BEFORE BULGA RESIDENTS TAKE NSW GOVERNMENT TO COURT

A Land and Environment Court judge, Bulga residents and Coal and Allied personnel took time to tour the Warkworth mine site today.

The inspection comes just a day before the Bulga Milbrodale Progress Association challenges the New South Wales Government in the court.

They’re appealing the decision to approve the expansion of the mine.

17 objectors will be presenting their case in Singleton tomorrow – there’s also expected to be a community protest.
